Hello Jorge,
When I see these nice small buildings I am reminded of the small towns of Cape Verde, which also has a strong Portuguese influence. The photo is quite simple, but we see what we need to see, and the colours are good.

this is french and international art, (art decó) a style very usual in many countries like peru, USA, etc... not colonial portuguese architecture.
