Hi Malgo
Yes that's the Meriton Suites Apartment building in Herschel Street owned by Harry Triguboff, a Russian Jew who escaped Russia penniless to China during the takeover by Lenin, and they have another skyscraper at left of the photo on Adelaide Street. He emigrated to Australia in 1947 and now has $11.4 billion through shrewd property development. I have been up to the 74th floor at night.
