Once again, sir, a fine portrait!
I may have cropped it slightly tighter, but that's a personal choice, I think, and it may be best as you have left it. One could crop out the banner with the smiling gentleman (as well as the man in the white shirt) -- but the picture on the banner provides an interesting counterpoint to the disabled portrait subject.

Thank you for the concern and the nice complements.
Whatever corrections you did in GIMP – tightened cropping, tone changes – would definitely improve the picture and do full justification for the theme (physical disability). Your critiques and workshop are really encouraging me and thank you for the same. It is useful.
