Yes, I know that you and Mariusz like blue hour pictures.
Me too.

My photo was indeed taken hand held. I don't take a tripod with me on holidays. Hand held pictures are ok when taken in the early blue hour.
Later it becomes a lot more difficult.

Sometimes I find a wall or something to put my camera on.
But I remember this wasn't the case when I took this photo.
Indeed, no long exposure.
