Hole my friend Josep
My last critique before I go on vacation...
I have a picture from almost exactly the same place from slightly before sunset. Your picture is certainly better than mone having captured the blue hour as well as the beautifully lit mosques
Suleymaniye Camii looks wonderfully lit up. I don't remember what the mosque in the far BG is...Shehezade?
The water gets a fine silken tone thanks to the long exposure...
Beautiful!!
Best Regards
Angshu

I am sorry to not agree with your comment, my friend Angshuman, the mosque that we see in another shore is Suleymaniye Cami, I am sure of it.
You only must look in Google Maps and you will see that from my point of view in the end of the Galata Bridge, the Nuruosmaniye Cami, which I know also, stays out of the visual angle that I caught in my capture, it's placed more at left side. My next publication will be the same Suleymaniye Cami in a more explicit and visual angle. Thank you very much. Josep Last edited by josepmarin; 11-03-2013 at 12:45 PM. |

Indeed it is Suleymaniye Camii as you rightly mentioned...
I was incorrect & hence I changed by comment... The mosque further to the right is Fatih mosque Nurusmaniye is behind Yeni Camii which is outside your frame, but would be to the left behind Galata Bridge Have a great evening my friend Best Regards Angshu Last edited by Angshu; 11-03-2013 at 12:53 PM. |

Thanks, my friend. As Mesut and you says, the further mosque is Fatih Cami, and I did not know it.
I wish you a good vacations. Josep |
