Hello Jorge,
The third storm this day! Indeed, better to stay at the hotel. How many symbolic meanings are related to this place! I did't know that the name of the country comes from the tree. (I found in Wikipedia: Paubrasilia echinata is a species of flowering plant in the legume family, Fabaceae, that is endemic to the Atlantic Forest. It is a Brazilian timber tree commonly known as Pernambuco wood or brazilwood and is the national tree of Brazil.). Very interesting.
Nice photos of these food trucks. Have you at least eaten something?

o gentílico "brasileiro" é o único do mundo que é também uma profissão, já que os brasileiros eram as pessoas que trabalhavam tirando, levando e traficando o pau-brasil. Não tive tempo de ir à praça, fui jantar num shopping perto do meu hotel. um abraço jorge
