Hello Sylvain - The warm light permeates this shot from sky to reflections and creates a wonderful atmosphere. There is a tension created by the under-lit and low hanging cloud, rain perhaps? A superb shot with really good management throughout. Best regards Rosemary

To Royaldevon: Yes Bev
Taking photos in poor light seems to be a permanent state of being for a photographer in the UK Bev! That's why we travel! The trick here was to use spot metering to take the reading off the boat - I used auto focus and auto exposure lock to get the reading from the boat then re-framed the shot.
