good one daniel, very good,
this pov enables to see both the monk and the context and it is very important,
interesting that we can see the man smiling which is not a common among the "orthodox" christian priest (or am i wrong?)
another important detail - the symbol of religion held in the hand,

You are right, I am not sure about European orthdow, but it is true that Ethiopian orthodox priests tend to be on the not so cheery side. Some even scremaed at us for taking pictures at the outside of their church. This is something that seems to permeate through the religion and we thought may have even been a cultural factor for the decline of Ethiopian civilization. HOwever we still managed to meet a few orthodox priests who were quite smiley and nice, not the majority, but they still exist. Cheers Daniel
