To Sekhmet73: Lego, that's what it is!

Lego, yeah, you're so absolutely right about that! We always thought it was designed by someone who played too much Tetris, but Lego is a more likely possibility.

And this is just the first row of three double-layers, I'll post a workshop from the side of these buildings so you can see it really looks like a box of Lego!

Colours are kindly repetitive, so maybe the designer played too much even with Rubick's cube!!
