Hello Janice, I worked on the Melbourne Central Project while it was being constructed, for the Lead Concept Architect from Japan. Your photo shows great depth and captures the size of the Shot Tower and the construction of the glass and metal cone. I was able to go inside it before it had been re-furbished. Hello Doris, thank you for your visit.
My daughter and I enjoyed our trip to Melbourne and we were quite intrigued with this building and the Shot Tower. I had no idea what it was used for originally!! It is very tall, and now I know why. We wandered around Melbourne Central and did a bit of shopping there too. I hope you're safe from the bush fires - it has been a terrible year for you all. Best regards Janice
