Hello Andrew,
You're joking, aren't you? Of course you are! It's really the cones, barrels and lights that make this fine night shot. The floodlit Capitol is a nice bonus in the background, but the red and green lights are more interesting this time.

To holmertz: Cones and lights
Hi Gert,
I certainly agree that the various lights add a lot to the shot, but I'm not a fan of the orange barriers or the barrels here... I can certainly see how they add some interest, but to me they just clutter up an otherwise interesting viewpoint. But of course the beauty of this is that we each get to have our own opinions on these shots! Thanks for the comment. Andrew
