Cairo is a city of 20 million people, and the constant 24/7 traffic has left tell tale signs of pollution in the bg air. It's not as bad as China, but noticeable low down on the horizon. Here are 2 of the 3 large pyramids of Giza. They were the tallest and oldest manmade structures of their height and size for many centuries.

Hello Chris,
A fantastic and very sharp photo of these two famous structures. The pyramids are really impressive and the textures look good and clear here. The warm tones make a good contrast with the blue sky, despite the layer of smog in the air.

How did you manage it without a single tourist or tour group.
A good photo of the 2 pyramids neatly aligned. Strangely the smog doesn't make too bad a backdrop.

Unfortunately our local government area (Wingecarribee Shire) remains in lockdown after a regular trickle of COVID. We were lucky to finish our recent trip just before the lockdown started. You seem to be doing better up there.

great angle on the famous pyramids. Nice color of the sky and pleasant contrast of the sky and sand colors.
We can spot some of the city panorama behind.
Amazing final effect.
I had the pleasure to be there but on the organized tour we had just very brief moments there.

To tell the truth, I'd love to visit the Pyramids near cairo, Chris, but due to geo-political issued, obviously - Can't do it.
Wonderful picture on the outcome, clear view of each big stone built those monuments.
