Alone, a photo from Black River, South

Photographer's Note

I was early at the beach and i was alone waiting for the sun to come out.I wanted to express this feeling.Teere was not a noise, nothing except the sea and a hello from some birds in the trees.hOpe you will feel this cool atmosphere.
The picture was taken on a tripod very low with a 12 - 24 mmm lens with the self timer...I was standing behind the tripod to hide the camera's shadow...This I think will answer to those of you who were asking me how I did it...

Like a piece from the old Western movie where the first duelant is coming out. Anyway good idea with the shadow as a contrast to the fine light in the sand and the dark sky. Top light play. Well done Christian

Une superbe composition grace a de jolie couleur et constraste .
l'idee est original .

Mais je ne sais pas comment tu as fait pour faire ta photo.
On ne vois pas tes bras ce porter ŕ ton visage pour shooter ....
De plus l'ombre du corp n'a pas la męme intensité que les autres.
Il dois surment avoir une explication !

That a nice picture. I like the shadows of the clouds and your shadow with that sky. The sensation to be nowhere exist here. Well done!

Very nice luminosity! Interesting composition... the horizon is just a little too much centered... but, great shot anyway. Good idea to go early on the beach! :-)

Une bien belle photo qui laisse place ŕ la curiosité et ŕ l'admiration. Trčs belles couleurs. Je suppose que vous avez tenu l'appareil photo prčs du corps lors de la prise de vue ce qui expliquerait le positionnement de l'ombre (bras non levés).

Bravo pour l'idée et la réalisation. Trčs belles couleurs pastel et impression d'immensité. J'aurais cependant réduit l'espace occupé par le ciel, de façon ŕ amener la ligne d'horizon aux deux tiers. Merci de nous faire connaître cette île enchanteresse.
