Photographer's Note
This is a typical street (whatever that means!) in Marrakech. As in much of the middle east, the street and its interactions are a central part of daily life for men, seemingly rather less so for women.
Due to bad lighting, this one required more than the usual PP (besides conversion to B/W) so I gave up on trying to look completely realistic, and went for the slightly aged look visible here.

Hi Ken - whatever you did with the processing sure worked, because this is a nice looking shot, and I thought it was an original black & white. Great street scene which really evokes the feel of the place, and has an air of authenticity. Great work!

You've done a great job with the PP here, Ken. You could easily pass this off as a photograph taken 20-30 years ago, and there is nothing in the subject content that would give this away as having been taken in 1999. Cheers . . . David
