Happy Faces, a photo from Eastern Cape, West

Photographer's Note

They were walking past the restaurant window and, noticing the camera, quickly stopped and posed with their bright and happy smiles.... a spontaneous gift that will make anyone's day. And they enjoyed the hamburgers.

Note: The stripes in the image are a reflection in the window - of my shirt, in fact.

Hello Neels,
Very nice b&w capture of this fancy group, full of joy and happiness ! Perfect sharpness. But where did those stripes at the center came from ? I think it's a result of posttreatment !

Superb capture very infectious effect that this shot carries with it and one that hardly needs a title! This is a fabulous melting pot of happy expressions in mono tones. Timely capture and the stunning eyes full of natural childhood joy, crisp as glass with a very pleasing dof and a strong composition. Such a lovely, happy and feel-good picture. Well done,

Hi Neels,

Beautiful portrait of these extremely happy children - they look so relaxed for you to take their photo - excellent clarity & I like the choice of Black & White.
I also like the two other children in the background trying to get noticed.
A very nice warm ' HAPPY ' image.
