Photographer's Note
This is another picture of the Kariakoo Market in Dar es Salaam, one of the largest in Africa. In the previous photo, I tried to show a sense of the chaos such a market contains; here I was more interested in some of the people selling their produce. (But see the WS for the original file I took this from, where the chaos is clear.)
Technical: Cropped to the women (along with the girl in the upper left). Some Level and Curve work, and High Pass sharpening. Brush work to darken the girl shelling vegetables in the UL. It still didn't look quite right in the browser view, so I added a touch of 81 Warming Filter, and raised Brightness and Contrast.

Hi Daniel,
The subject has been very studied and could turn out one beautifulst photo. To my opinion I would have cured more the clearness and would have waited for a moment in order not to down resume the head low to right. The previous photo has a lot disturbance. This is one critical constructive and I hope you sorry if I have been sincere.

Mario

HI Dan,
You had there a colorful subject, maybe not so good light as it seems, anyway I thing going for a small aperture waa snot the best choice because you mix these two foreground womane with the disturbing background while choosing a small aperture, f/4 certainly possible at this focal length with that lens, you would have been able to separate the two plans much better and get a higher speed to improve sharpness.
Have a nice week end JY
