Welcome to TE. I'm pleased to see there is someone now from Alzon on TE. I posted that picture when I was working there a couple of years ago - I'm now back on mainland NZ. Your sign says 'Situation Unique en France', I would go as far as to say these two signs are probably unique in the World! Thanks for sharing. Cheers, Neil
