Photographer's Note
I was sitting on one of those rocks writing in my diary (about 2 levels up), feeling the sun, the warmth of the stone, and some kind of undefined historical hugeness.. (can't describe). So then I tried to catch it on the photo also. My memory together with the notes and the picture do the job, but I'm not sure about the picture on its own.. still, kindof... :) It's a scanned picture, and I did nothing else to it.

I think the historical hugeness does come across quite well, probably because of the slightly scruffy technical quality. I find the result quite interesting.

i think this is a really cool compo, quite unique. i love the new-old contrast with the tourists, who also add sense of scale. very well captured, but perhaps a bit dull in colour. did a workshop if you don't mind.

It seems a bit 'under exposed and slightly blurred the top .. beautiful pov.
