Among the earlier photographs of this series, we have mostly seen people doing something and not the real landscape from Bengal.This is one image taken near Kharagpur in southern Bengal,where you can get acquainted with the fields and palm trees.Hope you like this one too.

Hi Farhat,
nice the view of the landscape view with the cultivated fields to end on the backdrop horion.The existence of the grove on the right, is well placed in the frame.I like the light and the colour management of the image.

At first it seemed to me similar to our landscape but we have no palms. Nice view of field with a small palm grove.

a little bit different side of India,which we used to see in your pictures from Calcutta,but it´s truly fabulous!
Nicely composed and framed scene.
But what I like the most are these bright,vivid colors.

Hello Farhat,
A superb view of Green rural Bengal. I like the palm grove, they look like histograms on a chart indicating flat sales :-) Love the glow of the mustard flowers amidst the green fields. Did you take the shot from a moving vehicle, there is some kind of blur in the FG. Very nice shot though with natural colours and wonderful warm light. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Farhat,

You're capturing well this landscape by a good composition and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the cultivated field with rich greenery and the colony of palm tree in suburbs of southern Bengal. The whole is harmonized well by a good arrangement and the beautiful color combination.

A fine capture of this rural landscape. I like the point of view with the tress arranged on the right and the furrow lines between the crops stretching into the distance as far as the eyes can see. Good colour contrasts.

landscape shot well collected, Farhat, depth of field with superb clarity, and double meaning here.
The palm trees placed off-center-picture, allow good view as far as the horizon.
There one figure of a worker, or just a by-passer on the field, wearing brown/orange.
Fine shot on the open land.

Looks an oasis on the farms. Nice capture and it look so green. I guess I've been living in the desert for too long. Good details even though I think this was taken from a moving car. Well done, tfs.

colori saturi e bella composizione sono le prerogative essenziali di questa bella foto che si fa notare anche per la sua estrema semplicitŕ.
Hai ripreso una bella scena campestre e la successione delle diagonali dŕ una particolaritŕ incisivitŕ al paesaggio.

A picture taken while driving in the Bengali countryside Fabbs, this is indeed a common landscape, fields and a group of palm trees, not sure but I think it's possible to produce oil with the seeds and the leaves are used for roofing, thanks, good night Fabbs

I really don't want to sound patronising, but your photography has really improved in recent months, especially in terms of your composition and appreciation of light. Here the light is stunning, illuminating beautifully these green and gold fields, and I like how you have composed it on the diagonal. The length of the field is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details, the colours of the field and of the palm trees. The good luminosity is bringing out the colours. Have a nice day.

Hello Farhat,

I like it that you use the open space in the
picture because it makes the picture nice
calmness and it emphasize extra the diagonal
lines on the forground (and that emphasize
extra the depth in the picture). Point of view
and the composition are also great.
