Photographer's Note

Kryas springs is beautiful place with lots of small waterfalls and 5 fantastic old stone bridges.
The place is connected with many myths since the ancient years, about a young lady called Erkyna, friend of Persefoni "Queen of the Underworld, daughter of Goddess Demetra (goddess of agriculture, grain and fertility).
Two of the springs, the spring of Forgetfulness and the spring of Rememberance, were used in the ancient years for the preparation of the people visiting the famous and rather peculiar Oracle of Trofonios Zeus, one of the most important in ancient years.
