Photographer's Note

Exit is an award-winning summer music festival which is held at the Petrovaradin Fortress in the city of Novi Sad, Serbia. It was officially proclaimed as the 'Best Major European festival' at the EU Festival Awards.

The festival was founded in 2000 in the University park as a student movement, fighting for democracy and freedom in Serbia and the Balkans. After the Yugoslavian general election in 2000, Exit moved to the Petrovaradin fortress in 2001.

Exit festival, takes place at more than 40 festival zones from 12 to 15 July .

Exit showcases the best of techno, house, drum and bass, dubstep, hardcore, metal, punk, hip-hop and more.

Dobro vece.
Bio sam vise puta u Novom Sadu, ostao mi je u lepom secanju.
Lep pogled i trenutak, interesantan i dobar tekst ...
Lepo pokazano, dobra perspektiva i kontrast, lepe boje, lepo uhvacen trenutak sa prolaznicima.
Lepa ulica sa restoranima i fasade kuca, lepe zastave festivala.
Zelim vam lepu i mirnu noc, sve najbolje u novoj nedelji koja je pocela, srecno.

Dear Piotr!
Piękny deptak w Nowym Sadzie. Byłam tam kiedyś, bardzo mi się podobało, bo blisko rynku i ratusza, kościół katolicki, cerkiew i synagoga. No i dwa języki przeplatające się: serbski i węgierski.

Colorful flag gave a nice added colors to the pedestrian street, Piotr.
Well managed the strong daylight and the shadows cast on left side.

Hello Piotr,
The people make the street lively and attractive, and they get good assistance from the umbrellas and the colourful flags. The view doesn't really make me think of a festival. It looks like a normal pedestrian street in summer, which is good enough. I like the atmosphere and the fine light and colours.

A quiet and pleasant pedestrian street, with the distinctive banners of the festival, very well described in your note, the pleasant houses abundance of terraces denotes that it is a good place for a relax and a beer.

nothing wrong about these simple street scenes, they're pleasing to look at. I've never heard of this festival before, new for me. a fine collection of shadow and light, the 2 men appear to be glancing over at the woman in white haha. cheers
