it's an " Alaamat " ( = sign/mark) from a closer view , so you can see the details better. the birds are Peacocks, the symbol of help to Imam Hussein.
PS : sorry if you find it diagonal, it was so big & my lens wasn't wide enough...

J'aime bien le panache des couleurs ici.
Pour la diagonale on aime ou on aime pas moi cela ne me derange pas plus que sa.

The angle is nice. It leads your eye inward to the main part of the frame. It also creates some interesting negative shapes with the sky. Nicely seen.
