this is good, the scene like from old times... in an old synagogue... very mystical scene, great colours and light... I wonder whether the man posed to you or you just had a great chance... very nice, moody picture

Very nice shot. I really dont' have much to add or say, the expression and the lighting are fantastic. Good positioning of the candles as well. What are the reflections of the candles that appear across his face caused by? were you shooting through glass? they don't detract, I am just curious.

Excelent photo full of religious feeling, even to those who are not jewish. The look in his eyes, the overal tones andeffect from the candles make of this a fantastic shot.

Great portrait ! The man seems to be hypnotised by the candles and his expression is close to trance. I think it must be difficult to capture a scene with only the candles light. The colors are warm and smooth. Seems to me that I am making too much noise when typing this note, I'd better whisper my feeling... ;-)

Mystical indeed ! it has great advertising potential. Looks like the cover of a book,by me :) !! The composition is brilliant, even if centered, great look in his eyes(was he posing?), and the spots of light on his face seem like light reflected by diamonds..
