They look pretty professional. Nevertheless, I don't feel even the slightest attraction to this activity. It's not something I'm made for.

On the other hand, I am interested in your photography. I love the effect given by the angry sky. There is always this perfect light when a storm is approaching.

Hi Nick,

Wow, great photo!! Well composed with the fishing rods and bridge nicely complementing one another.

However, I am puzzled by your note that it is a calm atmosphere. I see waves splashing against the pier, an enormous bridge that is surely very busy, a turbulent sky in the background and fishing poles, which represent a life and death struggle for the fish and a hunting instinct for the men. It seems more like a photo full of dynamism and power and forboding - not calm at all!

But to each, his own, if you like fishing and find it a calming passtime maybe it does indeed give feeling of peace to you.

Nick,
This shot has so many good lines! The lines create nice direction throughout the shot. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The bridge creates a diagonal through the shot which leads the eye through the shot nicely.

Κατ΄ αρχήν εύχομαι οτι καλύτερο για την έκθεση που θα πραγματοποιήσετε, φαντάζομαι πως θα έχετε αξιόλογες φωτογραφίες, μακάρι να πραγματοποιηθούν οι στόχοι της Λέσχης σας και να κρίνετε την έκθεση πετυχημένη...
Θεωρώ την φωτογραφία σου εξαιρετική καθότι αν και η γέφυρα είναι στο backround η παρουσία της κλέβει τη ματιά. Πρωτότυπη σύνθεση καθότι είμαστε συνηθισμένοι σε πιο απλές συνθέσεις της γέφυρας...
