Sunset view of the Vipassana Dhura Buddhist Meditation Center from the top of Phnom Oudong. I was hoping the lights that they have running along the edges of the roofs would be lit, but it appears that only happens on festival days.

The mission of the Center is:

To establish a school of Vipassana (Insight Meditation) to instruct and guide all Cambodian Buddhists to do good, avoid all evils and cleanse their mind according the way of Lord Buddha in order to have patience and calmness for themselves individually.

To organize and disseminate messages enhancing social ethics and harmony.
