Photographer's Note

In the ruins of Angkor, there are sets of lights which bore the old stones.
There are trees without decencies which cover the steles.
There are corridors which do not carry out nowhere. There are apsaras engraved on the walls which make fun of time.
There is the mystery of the dark corners.

And then there are sometimes modest meetings and crossings which remain like images, engraved in the memory.

Dans les ruines d'Angkor, il y a des jeux de lumières qui percent les vieilles pierres.
Il y a des arbres sans pudeurs qui recouvrent les stèles.
Il y a des couloirs qui ne mènent nulle part.
Il y a des apsaras gravées sur les murs qui se moquent du temps.
Il y a le mystère des coins sombres.

Et puis il y a parfois des rencontres et des croisements pudiques qui restent comme des images, gravées dans la mémoire.
