In a small alley where many new and old doors painted to black were placed orderly,together with someone dressed in period costume passing by,I got a deja vu,like seeing a mysterious swordsman passing by a forbidden place in a Chinese chivalrous moive:)

Hi Rick,
Exemplary composition. Black+white works so much better in this instance than color. I like DOF, it is deep enough to convey presence of narrow ally, but short enough to keep viwer focused on person wearing the hat. Compliments,

Very sugestive picture and the lowkey B&W suits the dreamscene. Nice curve of the alley adds to the mystery. Hat well placed in the frame.

remarkable picture - what i like most is that the foreground is sharp, while the background is not. the mystery of the picture lies in the conical hat, and the curved alley leading to ... well, where?

I love the dark atmosphere of this street shot and how much space is occupied by the HAT!

This image features those ancient era with old legendary "flying" ninjas, crossing above those narrow lanes endlessly running thru this dark alley...profound concept yet artistic in taste!
