Photographer's Note
I saw him, a very hyper boy with a very friendly smile and a handsome face.
I came closer and aimed my camera at him. He "DID" the same. It was an empty mineral water bottle without the bottom.
I laughed, he also laughed.
I told him to put it down, he also commanded me in his own language.
I laughed again, he echoed my laughter.
It went on and on. I clicked and clicked. Well, he clicked as much as I did.
After around 30 shots...I got tired. He got tired . Now I seized the moment... I rushed to take a shot of him without his "camera". Please see the workshop posted.
I still like this shot...not a perfect one but something that is more spontaneous, something that releases a flood of memory. He is such an adorable boy!

A fun shot, Manny, really adorable and putting a smile on my face. Charming pose, and the "water bottle camera" is a fun detail in the compo. Also good how his eye follows the direction of the bottle. Well captured, creative shooting. The WS is a good add to complement your storytelling.

Another great sharp shot, Manny! The boy does know how mess around/have fun with you :) I like his innocent and friendly expression, including the one in the WS. looking at your photos, I can say most of your shots are of young boys/girls or elderly people. There must be something in them that you really like to capture. rgds.

Manuel
I smiled by seeing the mischievous boy, then I laughed after having read the note.
It is a very beautiful portrait
I like very much the play between him and you, and this complicity is seen with the screen.
Very good !

Hi Manuel, Thank you for sharing this photo. Curiosity and repeating are the key elements for kids to learn. The photo has well captured a cute kid was learning from repeating what you were doing.
A very sharp portrait. Great details and contrast. Well done.

Very dirty but amazingly cute and photogenic little man!
You did a great job photographing him, Manuel, and I understand WHY this one was your main choice for uploading.
Mind you, both photos are fine, but there's more to the child's inner world and interractive creativity here, whereas the Workshop's one shows something different.
Thanks for sharing these,
Robi

Hi Manny,
Another outstanding image complimented with great commentary. Your imagery inspire others to try and emulate the standards you successfully portray on TE and PB. Well done.

I like this shot a great deal more than the workshop version. It is more to a boy's nature to goof off and I think you captured it wonderfully here. Perhaps attach a Desisive moment to this.
