One of Hong Kong's attraction is its superb night view from Victoria Peak. What a night to take this picture Christmas where most buildings lit up for the occasion.
You could see most of Hong Kong from here and all the top 5 tallest buildings.
Tsim Sha Tsui / Star Ferry Pier is on the left across Victoria Harbour.

This is stunning again, Danny. I've had a similar picture as a computer wallpaper for some time, but yours is even better. Colors and light are amazing, as is the sharpness. I also like those small spots of light provided by the boats cruising in the harbor. Excellent!

Beautifully captured. I should know, I've stood on that spot. At one time ('92-'94) I lived across the harbor in the top right/center of this shot and had the reverse view. Some beautiful, new towers since then.
How could it be improved? Hmm? It could have my name on it. Ha! I never shot it at night...busy and procrastinizing.

This is an amazing night panorama of Hong Kong. Colours are perfect and it is very sharp. Also, the tallest tower are very well placed on the frame. Well done, Dany!

a very impressive night shot of HK, Danny. Unlike other shots, you took it from above, which is usialy against photography rules, but I find it very original and attractive.
Very good job.
Since I use almost the same model of camera (Olympus 720) and I find it very hard to get long exposure night shots, I would like to ask you about the parameters you used. Did you use auto mode or landscape mode? I got it very grainy while used 2 sec exposure..

Lovely night shot, fine exposery and colors. A lot of things for the eye to explore but the bay is a calm area that attracts them.

Very nice city scape... The point of view is wonderful and so are the colors. Is it a giant TV screen that we see next tio the tallest building ? Anyway, it is well seen and the note is interesting. Good job!
