Photographer's Note

some colors this time. We have Chinese New Year celebrations here in Hong Kong now. Yesterday we could see some fireworks, some.. like 30 minutes of constant shooting to the sky from some ships at Victoria Harbour - between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon....
This time I decided to see this show from a bit more original spot than usually, it means not from the promenade in Tsim Sha Tsui. So, we went to Hong Kong Island, there is a nice spot on the way to the Peak... Almost 2 hours of waiting, it was cold and raining. and it was crowded, a lot of tours from Mainland China stop there to contemplate the view... anyway, 2 hours of waiting, half an hour of constant shooting, different apertures, different times, different compositions.... and shooting in a crowd is not easy... so, that's what I got. I mean I got like 50 shots, but just few of them I like.

original capture, no cropping, some PS adjustments - resize, sharpening, levels, colors balancing - reds...
