Photographer's Note
I am practicing the 1/30 second photo.
The effect is not good as I am a new hand. However, this is the best among all. Any tips to get better?

Hello! I see you have a nice camera at your disposal.Well at 1/30 there is not need for concerns.Cameras nowdays have very good hand shake stabilization.Anything lover than that I recommend use of stativ(tripod),and a self timer.Nice picture TH.I like it.Good work.

This isn't a bad photo. I think you got an eye for composition. The curve of the bridge directs your eyes, but it seems to lack a focus point. Maybe if there were a passer-by would help.
May I ask why the experiment with this particular shutter speed? I would think for still shots like these, the aparture would be more of a crucial factor. Shutter speed would be more for motion. (as a general rule of thumb, not carved in stones of course)
Keep shooting!
