Well balanced composition. I would have preferred the boat to be a bit more to the left.

You could have used ISO 100 thus eliminating the grains. You got and exposure of f8/500 at ISO 400 using 300mm.

At ISO 100 you could have used f5.6/250 and got the same level of sharpness.
