Photographer's Note
I have a Nepali friend.. He has a hobby of collecting Buddha Idols.. In his house , I saw different type of Buddha idols and show pieces.. Some of made by glass, some of made by metal or clay..One evening I visited his house.. And there was no electricity for a heavy storm.. I noticed on his table that a candle was burning and there was a cute show piece of Buddha.. I thought that it was a great moment.. I clicked this.. Result is in front of your eyes.. Don't know you like it or not..
Thanks for your visit..

Hello Indrasish,
your friends lack of electricity seems to have done you a favour as you have handled the available light very well to produce a very nice shot full of warmth and charm.
Very nicely done.
Regards Les.

hi Indrasish,
I have to admire your ability to capture a moment, and your note once again sets a definite mood for this shot. Without the note, its a great shot anyway, but with your note I can almost sense the thunder in the air and hear the rain pouring down. Nicely done to be able to capture this so perfectly clearly.
Best wishes from Ireland!

Hi Indrasish
a subtle and mellow image this, but the effect is mesmerising and beautiful. An originally conceived image that you have presented so tenderly. Excellent!

Hello Indrasish,
So you carry the camera and lenses even to your friend’s house… Hats off!
Anyway, we have got a very good nifty-fifty type image with incredible light-management and sharpness. A difficult job executed so brilliantly! I particularly liked the sparkle in the eye… making the doll alive!
Thanks for sharing,
Regards,
Alekhya

Ciao Indrasish
Ciao e buona serata
Romano

A great photojob on a very low-light conditions, Indrasish.
Perfectly show the small statue in colors, no excessive glare from the candle and a mysterious ambiance created.
Good evening,
Ike
