Amazing, in such a big city like Kolkata are empty streets! It is unbelievable. :)

Hello Alekhya,
I have travelled through Calcutta in the middle of the night and wondered at the relatively empty streets, but I have never been out at this early hour in the morning. The low but very bright sun, and its reflections in the street, gives the emptiness a strange and beautiful atmosphere.

An excellent attempt shooting into the sun despite the challenging harsh lighting situation but the effect is good here. Nice color hues with excellent control of exposure, highlights, lovely shades & shadows and effective fg as strong point of focus. Well done, Congrats

Hello Alekhya - This really carries that mood of early morning well. The low sun, the few people, the solitary bus all combine to create the mood. Strange I had the impression that the streets of Kolkata were constantly humming with activity! Nicely done. Warm regards rosemary

hello Alekhya, a nice shot with morning hues. Though I am not sure about the happy journey in kolkata buses, but your shot is worth seeing and can turn the mood of the viewer to 'happy'. A nice composition with mystic light and silhouettes. A superb one. Tfs.
