Photographer's Note
Saach Pass in district Chamba of Himachal Pradesh is located at an altitude of 14300 ft and leads to Pangi tribal valley. In the summer of 2011, my school boys and I walked up this road until we reached a point where the snow cutting machine was at work, digging out the road buried under meters of snow. We called it a day there are returned to our base at 10000 ft.
