Photographer's Note
The Calm and crystal clear water of the Gurudongmar Lake is largest and probably the highest in Sikkim. This is also one of the sacred lake and many pilgrims visit this place once in a year.

I appreciate the way you have covered highly luminous snow peaks, the sky and lake and its bank from lighting and exposure point of view.

Dear Paul,
First of all, I convey my thanks for your critique, not only for points, but by this way I have seen your gallery. In India there are so many very talented photographers, but we are not encouraging them and go behind westeres.
You are very fortunate to see the Gurudongmar peak clearly, otherwise after 9 O'Clock anytime clouds come and cover this beautiful mountain. I have visited this beautiful lake in Oct., 2007 during my motorcycle journey. I reach there about 11 am but it was full of cloud and snowfall was there on the peak. But I have taken one or two good shots of the lake near the temple. You have captured the peak as well as lake nicely. You have not done post production work in photoshop, eventhen photo is very nice and cool. Congrats.
