Refering to arnabchat's comments above I'd say croping the top of the head adds to the intimacy of this photo, as does the off centre composition and shallow DOF. And a very natural expression.

This is a very beautiful portrait, very well done! I really like the way you composed it, a bit off center with a good DOF; the fact you cut a bit her head give more intensity to her look. Colors are very nice, i like her hand position. usually i'm much more attracted for landscape on TE, but this photo took all my attention. Thanks for sharing and Bravo!!

Soft smile, dreamy eyes and the mannered hand, she seems slightly amused by something. Maybe her own daring attempt at modelling amuses her or the idea of the snake coming at you.

I missed that one earlier, Maciek. It is simply mesmerizing and how much grace you caught in the movement of her hand slightly opening her veil.

The way this image is cropped add tremendous impact to this image together with the use of Differential focusing.

Fantastic! I'm no portrait photographer, but this seems to be a masterclass! I love the DOF, the crop to the top, the off centre position of the model. I hope she saw this - you have made her look amazing!
