hey Caleb, i like the work you did to lighten the wall and highlight your models.it's very interesting to see her beautiful clothes and jewels.
do you feel this one just a bit tightly framed? maybe just a tiny bit wider to for the elbow not to be cut would be fine. I don't know...my eyes keep on going in that right lower corner.

Hi Caleb,
I like how you work on this portrait in order to highlight the faces, the bodies and clothes. The sharpness of the wall give birth to an opposition : the affluence and the bareness, the jewels and the decrepit facade.
The smiling eyes, the posture, and the framing (even it's a bit tigh) are well done.

a lovely double portrait of this mother and her child on her shoulder. A nice pose, the stick on the hand, a lovely smile and a strong look.
Moreover, nice contrast between her blue clothes and the old wall behind.

This woman has gorgeous eyes, and your choice to enhance the contrasts, here, makes it appears even more powerful. She looks wild and free, a gypsy star... an Esmeralda. Your millimetered compo is excellent. The colors and saturation are beautiful and the décrepit wall matches very well with this presence out of time. I hope you don't have any objection if i include this picture into my theme : Esmeralda ?

as usual, you are into the heart of those people's lives. i guess until now, you should have already portrayed one tenth of india :)

wonderful colors, details, faces and composition. the only thing that bothers me here (and in some other recent photos of yours) is the excessive amount of vignetting. somehow i happen to like the effect, but somehow it gives an unnatural look. well, i cannot decide. anyway, all in all, it is you to decide, of course...
