I posted a digital image of this lady last year. This one is a slide scan. Those of the bhopi subcaste play traditional music and live outside the ramparts of old Jaisalmer fort... She looks like she could be a princess but they are so poor.

I prefer this version over your first opload because of the eye contact you have with her here. She sure looks like a princess. The jewellerys are beautiful - especially her nose ring is impressive. The light is gorgeous!!!

The light shining on this lady is amazing as are the colours. IS she wearing any make-up.
You are right she looks not like someone from a subcaste but a princess.

Hello Caleb! The direction of the woman's gaze right into my own is very provocative. I also think the woman would be very proud to see this portrait and to me that is often a measure of high quality. I wonder if it's perhaps a little too saturated although I'm sure this is a reflection of the Provia not post-processing

Very touchy note. The slide delivers really a very good saturated one. The position of the girl with tilted head adds lot of life in it.

On this one I admire the soft light, the colors and saturation, the sharpness,
the blur in the background, the composition, the beauty of the girl, her sweet poisoned look ... well... almost everything except one thing: why that's not me who took such a marvellous shot?! :)
