Hi Patrick!
Another superb close-up portrait from your hand. This girl is gorgeous, but also she really does reinforce your earlier point that many of the people there are more Afghan-like than Indian with her almost hazel eyes and fair skin. Her Mona Lisa smile is intriguing! Some nice highlights in her hair and some gentle lighting on her face. Perfect color balance and your trademark focus. Excellent, warm regards,

Rien ŕ dire, tout est parfait. Le teint de la jeune femme, la texture de la peau, la netteté, le fond bien flouté et uni, les yeux brillants, et puis ce regard, qui a de l'âme, qui nous harponne. Avec son voile sur la tęte, elle a un petit air de sainte. Une sainte un brin espičgle... une Esméralda, peut-ętre!? En tous cas, un merveilleux portrait; qui va direct dans mes favoris!

Une Frida Kahlo indienne...

Un autre portrait intimiste ce soir, aprčs Marine, avec le męme sentiment d'intrusion autorisée. Toutefois, il est sans doute plus difficile pour un homme de s'approcher d'une indienne, ŕ moins bien sűr d'avoir ce charme français irrésistible..

Le regard est soutenu et assumé, l'expression est sincčre et techniquement, c'est impeccable. Le subtil tilt de la tęte apporte ce côté sympathique. Belles couleurs naturelles. J'aime bien ce foulard désaxé qui qui brise la symétrie d'un portrait centré.

Bonjour Patrick,

Une belle madame et un beau portrait, avec focus pile poil sur les yeux. (Je sais, c'est une farce un peu facile, mais un soupçon d'humour n'enlčvera rien ŕ sa touchante beauté.) Vraiment un sourire tout en douceur, et puis ces yeux! Et puis aussi d'agréables textures (les lčvres par exemple) et les couleurs si naturelles. Tu as préféré laisser un tout petit peu d'espace ŕ gauche et en haut; j'imagine que ça aurait aussi bien marché avec le cadre embarquant légčrement sur le foulard et les cheveux. Instinctivement, c'est ce que je j'aurais été porté ŕ faire mais mes connaissances sur l'art du portrait sont quasi nulles. Alors, c'est intéressant de voir ce que les autres font.

Bravo pour cet excellent portrait!

She doesn't seem Indian at all, I would say she has more an Afgan look. Yes, this reminds me in some way Steve McCurry's portrait at Afganistan.

From her looks she looks like a Gujjar girl. People from Kashmir , NWFP Pakistan and Afghanistan are of Aryan stock and have similar features. Nicely captured. The reflection of your silhouette in her eyes is clearly visible.

un portrait magnifique, réalisé avec une bonne technique, dans un cadrage serré qui nous offre tous les détails du visage, du cheveu et du foulard de cette fille de la Cachemire.
Ses yeux sont trčs beaux, et dans ceux-ci l'image du photographe se reflčte, comme dans un autoportrait en miniature.
