This photo is clicked from "Sindhu Darshan" means "Indus View" with river Indus on extreme left & distant horizon view of Leh city with Ladakh mountain range in the background.
One can appreciate (with difficulty!) the highest motorable road pass (Khardung La 18,380 feet) mountain on the extreme right side of this mountain range.
