A panorama of Straits of Makassar on the last remnants of the setting sun, taken while out when I was leaving Losari beach, Makassar, South Sulawesi.
Was very pleased with the silhouette and colour of sky, shot is straight from camera aided by my faithful GND filter.

Setting: 42 mm, 1/100 sec, F5.6, ISO Raw 100, 1815 hrs.

Hello Abmdsudi,

The colours of this sunset are really beautiful, especially with the clouds to create contrast and interest.
The wake of the boat makes the focal point, well placed in the frame and seems to be inviting us to venture into the scene to enjoy what is behind it!

Hello Abmdsudi, a very beautiful scene, the sky with its lovely clouds and colours is wonderful. How I would love to see this for real!
The two boats in silhouette in the foreground balance the scene so well. And the wake of the r/h/ side boat leaves a lovely V on the rippled water.

By the way, your registration for area selet is not correct, bukan Sematra tetapi Selawesi, kan?

For a really spectacular sunset you need a few, but not too many, clouds. The water is flat or preferably has a nice ripple with some sailing boats.
All these conditions are met with this beautiful photo.
