Nice balance of the composition between the two subjects of arch and people. The contrast of the all the blues and greys of most of the picture with the red arch is very striking. I've done a quick workshop with an alternative framing, but I like the square framing you've chosen.

I like your photo, with this red gate in the sea, and the people in the corner giving a scale and a freground. I think the second workshop is better concerning the composition.

Go! it is the first time that I see it with little tide! when I was I photographed it without water, and in there are other photos to TE with the high tide. Pity of the sky, is very storm cloud, but the opposition of torii red with the people dressed black makes the photo interesting.

Cool composition with the people balancing the gate quite nicely indeed. Colors are OK, but the light is a bit flat here. Also, you might want to think about cropping a bit more (some of the workshops point you in the right direction) to eliminate some of this empty space. Good work.

Alla, Hi. Stunning composition, the sense of scale, perfect positioning of your two pole of interest, and thenchoosing (I guess) these schoolkids as counterparts to the "torii" (gates). This is very fine work! Francis
