Very beautiful cmposition!!!
Colors are soft and emphatizes the silouette on the up-left. The guide lines of the woods are excellent!!!

Beautiful photo on a great time of day. The sunset colours in the background are beautiful, just as the layered hills. The silhouettes look nice in the foreground with the child in the swing and the others looking at him. Excellent (vertical) composition too. Thanks for sharing!

Duas pelo preço de uma! Uma excelente reportagem sobre o ginásio ao ar livre dos miúdos, que por sinal estão em muito boa forma, mais um fantástico pôr-do-sol, tanto pelo céu, como por aquelas bandas que mostraste na anterior.
Os WS's são um bom complemento. O #2 podia ser mais impressionante se não fosse tão centrado, embora talvez continuasse a não resultar assim tão bem por causa de metade da estrutura ficar à frente da área sombreada, não se destacando. O #2 está fabuloso!

Such a wonderful late light at sunset time. You got so many good details in the draker parts. This is very nice. Above all this boy having fun climbing makes the scene so unique. A great picture.

really this is an open gymnasium for these children.Their faculties in the climbing are tried with this way, if they do not have the games that they have the children of western world.Excellent the snapshot, with these great sun and the clouds that make the scene so memorable.Informative your note too.

This shot is so full of atmosphere. These light conditions must have been tricky but the exposure is good, and the compo excellent - the movement of the climbing boy is really dynamic and all our attention is on him, thanks to the other 3 watching him. Lovely capture of a decisive moment.

This is an absolutely superb shot, Ricardo. Framing, POV, light management are all excellent, as is your PP to bring out a little bit of detail in the foreground. The WS1 with the two swings is a great composition too, and would have been worthy of a main post as well, but this one is certainly the best as the inclusion of the kids brings it to life. Hello Ricardo,
A pleasing photo, no doubt about it! A photo where the light was surely not easy to deal with, the strong light of the sun, and the kids in the half-light of the end of the day. So, I am quite pleased to see that there is not too much burnt sky and that we can still see details in the darker areas.
The subject is interesting, with these kids playing monkeys. And the colors are nice too. Though you had nothing to do with it, the red shirts are the best. Very beautiful background with the roofs of the small houses and farther, the different layers of the mountains.
Now, my only complaint would be the half-kid on the left side of your photo. I really wish you had included him in your frame.
Out of curiosity, did you try some frames in being closer to them?
I hope you week to the center of Portugal was good! Enjoy your free time!

The subject of the photos is great of course and you found a great title - I like the kids below who watch the scene, maybe slightly too dark although we still can distinguish them ; on the other hand, the sky, the faint smoke and the silhouette are so good, this is so much better than a regular sunset photo, something great is happening here !
(WS photos are great too, but for me it is the kids that make the photo special !)

I guess that you are now back from your break and look forward to seeing more photos soon !

Truly a decisive moment shot for many reasons. Very good composition, Ricardo. Just wish the boy on the left was fully visible. Foreground looks OK on my Mac monitor but some selective brightening wouldn't hurt.

Maybe the best in the Lao series so far, but that's my personal opinion. The light has been handled with expertise here, especially since it's not easy with stronger light at the top part & shadows in the lower half. Not only the poise of the kid hanging, but also the layers of mountains in the BG. An intriguing post...only nitpick about the half of the kid on the left..but I guess you had to take the shot in a hurry to compose mainly with the swinging kid. Good work my friend!

Belo momento este dos miudos a brincarem nesta estrutra em madeira enquanto o sol se poe ao fundo.
Gosto do aspecto dos montes ao fundo que parecem esfumar-se, assim como gosto do posicionamento e atenção dos miudos que cá em baixo apreciam as habilidades dos mais atrevidos.

Hi Ricardo, impressive climbing from the little kid. He is climbing without being afraid of the height, this reminds me when I was his age when I climbed tall trees that now I am afraid to even think of it!
