Hi Steve. I remember Marc Schultz's comment on this photo - obviously it means a lot to you :). But Marc was right - this is a scene that has been photogrpahed a million times, and tho it's well done, it's not going to offer me the shock of seeing something new.

Green looks a little bit oversaturated, composition is lovely and even though I am currently resizing and uploading about 15 similiar shots to my stock agency, unlike Philip i am not burned out on shots of people in rice fields yet. quite the contrary. bring it on! More rice! Yay! Feed the world!

Steve, I still like it... the moment has been captured, and the composition is great.
Do agree that the green looks over saturated tho.

On top of the superb composition, it's quite informative as it's possible to see the person wading in the water planting the rice. Seeing the plants laying flat on the right is also engaging.
