People in Myanmar think of this unique chewing cigarette("Kunya" or "Pinang") as a panacea.
They say it's good to boil and drink this leaf or grind it and attach it to the wound due to chest pain, burns, and eye fatigue. Heart disease, gastrointestinal disease, and even energy are believed to be good.
