We are above Lobuche in the Khumbu valley at the height of 5050m. This porter is trying to get up with his load helped by his mates. I remember that the load (nearly 50 kg.) is carried on the forehead.

Hard to believe Davide.. people carrying a heavy load of stuff like this through the mountains. Almost their own -or more- weight. But anyway, you have the proof!
