For hundreds of years Tibetan traders, like the one on the left enjoying a smoke, have been crossing the Himalaya chain from the Tibetan Plateau to the Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar for the weekly market. As well as traditional wares like salt, yak meat, textiles and butter you can now find fake branded clothing, radios, lightbulbs and many other things sold.

I like the everyday feel in this image. Theres close up detail, great background and the cool mist stirs up found memories. Namche bazar is a wonderful place for conversation and daily news.
