An after storm day, a photo from Dhawalagiri, West

Photographer's Note

It was a day after the storm, during the trek around the daulaghiri. We were at about 4200 meters, in alost and hidden valley not far from the daulaghiri base camp, and the weather was between two options : bad or good. Las night was snowy, and we were anxious to see what will happen next.

I know that feeling of anxiety. We ware in similar situation during Annapurna Circuit trek. Fortunately after 4 days of snowing, the weather was kind for us. Beautiful foto!

Bonjour Laurent,
J'ai fait un petit tour dans ta gallerie et je trouve que tu as de trčs belles images du monde des hauteurs. J'ai choisi celle-ci un peu au hasard parce que c'est celle qui m'a le plus impressionnée. On se sent vraiment tout petit, plus petit que dans les Alpes ;-)
