Photographer's Note

First Maoist communist rally in Pokara, Nepal. I was on my way to immigration, to extend my visa. I stopped and took pictures. The Maoist women told me to leave, and lock my door and hide. The men said little to me directly. I heard "USA", and "Bush" being yelled about. I noticed later in my pictures, I was watched by a few men who went wherever I did. At the end I was handed a tiny note by 2 young men, saying "Sister", this was a special day in history and they wanted me to send their personal pictures to them. I tried, but the email never worked good enough to succeed.
